First visit
Your first visit
A first visit is mostly a conversation, then an exam, then a plan in plain words. Nothing is rushed, and you can bring someone with you.
We do not ask for health details on this website. The doctor asks in person, in the exam room, once you are seated.

What happens, step by step
- 01
Arrive and sit down
Come a few minutes early. There is a chair at the door, and forms come in large print. The front desk helps with any form.
- 02
Talk with the doctor
Tell the doctor about your health, your goals and how your days go. The doctor listens first.
- 03
The exam
The doctor checks how you stand, sit and move. X-rays are taken only when medically necessary, and we tell you the cost first.
- 04
A plan in plain words
Before any care starts, the doctor explains what was found, the options, what each costs and the risks. You decide.
- 05
A first adjustment, if you choose
If you want to begin that day, the doctor starts with a gentle method and asks how it feels.
- 06
Before you go
We write down when to come back and who to call with questions. With your permission, your son or daughter can call too.
